Nancy was available and honest from the start. She was excellent at complimenting the strengths of our home while offering ways to improve presentation to buyers. We received many tips and tricks for picture staging and sell-timing strategy. Nancy had great contacts, too. A stager and photographer (that had the ability to add a floor plan) were utilized. Somehow Nancy was able to make us feel heard and was open to our input without compromising on what would sell our property. She also was a rockstar during negotiations as we had out-of-state buyers and other challenging details. Our selling process was smoother than we had hoped!
