Why did you choose a career in real estate? My late husband, Adam, started his real estate business in 2017. When he got diagnosed with cancer in late 2019, two weeks before our daughter was born, I got licensed to help him and we teamed up as “The Daubermans. Adam built his business on trust, honesty, and transparency. I've always loved helping people, hence my career as a School Counselor, and what better way to help people than to represent and guide them through what is typically the biggest purchase of their life! I am dedicated to continuing to build our real estate business the way we would have if Adam were still here! 3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live? I currently live in Norton. I love our property because it gives us privacy and a feeling of seclusion, yet we are close to parks, shopping, entertainment, major cities, and family! 4. I have a Bachelor's in Elementary Education from a Michigan State University and a Master's in School Counseling from the University of Akron. I taught in Houston, TX for 6 years, then taught for another 6 in Barberton and then became a middle school counselor for 26 years. I also worked at Macy's in women's clothing for 13 nights and weekends. 2. Why did you choose a career in real estate? It's always been an interest, a fascination, and a passion for me. I recently retired from the school and resigned from Macy's so I can spend full time on my real estate career! 3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live? I live on the best street in the world in Barberton, OH. There are 15 houses on my cul-de-sac. Everyone knows everyone and helps each other out! We have an annual street 4th of July party and an annual street sale. The kids can run through the yards and play without a care! You could knock on anyone's door at any time and they'd be there for you. 4. How do you spend your free time? I worked 2 jobs for the last 13 years, and usually did chores if I wasn't working, but I love to go to the movies or to dinner or work on the multitude of projects that need done at my house! 5. Top notch attention

Pam was very responsive to the many questions we had, most of them answered almost immediately. She did a great job with the open house, even lending a few of her own items to display since the house was a cleaned-out estate home. She gave very good ideas for what to clean, etc and what to leave since we’re were selling the home as-is. Pam was generous with her advice about the pros and cons of each offer we received. Would definitely recommend her to anyone and will use her again if we ever decide to sell our own house.

Judy was there for us every step of the way.

Judy was always available. She did meet our daughter to look at a house more than once as we lived out of town. My wife flew into town on short notice to look at a property and Judy spent just about all day with her and our son-in-law. She even arranged for another realtor friend of hers to show us a property on a day when she was attending a family funeral. Very responsive answering our text messages and phone calls. Knowledge about all the areas we were interested in. Also kept us on track making sure we were ready for our closing.

New to the area, it was very helpful to have Judy. She knew a lot about every area we looked at.

Judy and I communicated both via text and phone call. She picked up every call and texted back quickly. She was really on top of every neighborhood we looked in, with comps and information about the community. I really enjoyed spending time with her during the inspection. She worked with the title company and made the closing more easy than I ever expected it to be.

Responsive, Knowledgeable, and Excellent to Work With!

We had a great experience working with Pam. She was extremely responsive throughout the entire process and quickly understood what we were looking for in a home. She worked hard on our behalf during negotiations and made sure our interests were represented at every step. We were also buying and selling at the same time, which added quite a bit of complexity to the process. Pam helped us navigate all of the moving pieces, kept us informed, and was always available when questions or issues came up. Her guidance made a complicated process much easier to manage. We would absolutely recommend Pam to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and hardworking real estate agent.
