Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Akron & Master of Education in School Counseling from Bowling Green State University
Previous experience in retail, customer service, and education/coaching
Working full-time as an Elementary School Counselor since Fall 2014
Began working as a real estate agent in early 2020
2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?
My late husband, Adam, started his real estate business in 2017. When he got diagnosed with cancer in late 2019, two weeks before our daughter was born, I got licensed to help him and we teamed up as “The Daubermans. Adam built his business on trust, honesty, and transparency. I've always loved helping people, hence my career as a School Counselor, and what better way to help people than to represent and guide them through what is typically the biggest purchase of their life! I am dedicated to continuing to build our real estate business the way we would have if Adam were still here!
3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?
I currently live in Norton. I love our property because it gives us privacy and a feeling of seclusion, yet we are close to parks, shopping, entertainment, major cities, and family!
4. How do you spend your free time?
I enjoy spending my free time with my daughter, Payton, and our dog, Sadie. We enjoy connecting with friends & family, reading, and spending time outdoors - walking/hiking and doing yard work.

My early professional career was as Director of Development for a cancer foundation in Los Angeles, California. Upon relocating to Northeast Ohio, I continued to assist non-profits with fundraising events while maintaining the accounts for a thriving local real estate business. This experience led me to my current career in real estate.

I chose a career in real estate to help people find and secure a home that will be where they can enjoy life to its fullest potential and create memories for years to come.
3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?
I enjoy living in Fairlawn, Ohio for numerous reasons. It's been an ideal place to raise my sons, for the friends I've met, the community, schools, Metro Park trails, the abundance of nature and wildlife, close proximity to Cleveland with the added benefit of the world-renowned Cleveland Orchestra and being situated within a 500 mile radius of major U.S. and Canadian cities.
4. How do you spend your free time?
I spend free time with family and friends, attending concerts, walking, reading, gardening and baking delights to share.

I found Judy to be very knowledgeable and professional.
Judy has a very good way of communicating and advising which I found to be extremely helpful. Not having been in the market to purchase for years she did a great job of educating me and pointing out things to look for. Once we found our dream home she was engaged with us from the negotiations until closing. She updated us and offered advice as we went. I would highly recommend Judy for your real estate needs. She always came prepared and certainly was looking out for our best interests.

Felt every confidence on every level in her career.
Judy is extremely knowledgeable about the entire picture of the real estate process and all of its nuances. She is as honest ethical, and professional as they come. She truly represented us in our own individual situation, her advice being in our best interest. She put an immense amount of work and preparation into all that she did, above and beyond. Very helpful and always responsive
Romi was extremely helpful throughout the entire home-buying process. She helped me better understand what I'm looking for in order to find the best house.
