I can’t say enough good things about Kathy Dodge as a realtor. As a 23 year old buying my very first home completely on my own, I was so nervous going into the process but Kathy made everything surprisingly easy. From start to finish, she made my entire experience stress free aside from the normal jitters that come with buying a home. If I could describe Kathy in a few words or less I’d say shes always one step ahead lol. She works with an amazing team and connected me with every person and company I needed from inspections to closing. The communication between all parties was excellent and I never felt in the dark or overwhelmed, which made the whole process seamless. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and supported throughout the entire journey of buying my first home. This guy will amaze anyone with his drive to work for you. Super knowledgeable and He went above and beyond what is expected. Any and all questions I had during the process were answered promptly. The market was crazy and irritating and never a single negative word came from him. Non stop positive attitude, every time I got upset or irritated through the process a simple phone call to Mike would make it all better. He legitimately makes you feel like family. He looked out for me in every way possible. With Mike by your side the easy part is getting the home, the hard part is saying goodbye to your new best friend Mike thank you for being you. Really great experience overall.

Lory was very friendly and very helpful! She made the whole process in selling my house go very smoothly. She directed me in what I needed to do in order to prepare my house to be ready to sell and explained what the whole process would be. She kept me informed on everything that was taking place and made sure that I understood and she answered any questions I had and was always available. Most all of the paperwork was done online and very easily done. I highly recommend her in selling or purchasing an new home!
