Joyce was very excited and knowledgeable throughout the whole experience.

Joyce was very on top of things, she knew what homes were worth looking into, the area I wanted to live in, what homes were worth the price, she knew to look deeper than surface level for every place that we looked at and saved me from making potential mistakes. As a first time homeowner I was very nervous about the whole process but Joyce made things 100 times easier for me. She was always ready to go as soon as a property went up for sale, we would make a plan and a lot of the time be able to see it that day. She knew how to make me look more appealing to the seller, while also making sure to get me the best deal possible. She was very present from the time I started working with her up until the very end when I received the key to my new home. She made sure to explain everything that was confusing to me and always made sure everything was squared away on our part. Overall Joyce was amazing to work with and I’m very grateful for all the work she did for me!

Joyce Made Buying Our First Home an Amazing Experience

Joyce was incredible throughout our entire home-buying experience. As first-time homebuyers, my wife and I had plenty of questions, and she was patient, knowledgeable and willing to guide us through every step of the process. She genuinely listened to what we wanted and made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable. She had great recommendations for a local broker and home inspector. We always felt that Joyce had our best interests at heart, not simply that she was trying to complete a sale. We are grateful for everything she did to help us find and purchase our home, and we would confidently recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who truly cares about her clients.

Joyce is understanding and flexible with all needs and concerns.

Joyce helped me buy a house in Ohio and do all the first time home owner process while I was living in Florida. She explained all the steps and also listened to our needs and wishes to help us find a home. She kept in touch with us and made herself available whenever we needed. I would reccomend her with purchasing a new home.
