Professional: Ms. Marable held her own. She presented herself in a professional manner at all times, when considering my availability for appointments, when offering assistance to me in preparing for photoshoot and when explaining why something was necessary when I gave push back. Marketing Knowledge: In areas that I was looking, Ms. Marable was able to share information regarding the comps and also had a feel for the neighborhood as to it being senior friendly. When I thought I had found my new home, she shared some history of the house that made me rethink my decision. Communication: After a couple of appointments to see properties, Ms. Marable developed a feel for what I was looking for in a new home and that was when I knew she was engaged in my journey. She also encouraged me to explore other areas because I was lock in on a particular location. Ms. Marable gave good feedback and followed up on any concerns that I shared.

The first day Angel met with us she was fully prepared before we even sat down. She already had comparable listings and history from our neighborhood. She certainly did her homework! We were in the middle of a very quick move and needed help finding contractors to finish work at our house. Angel was so helpful in suggesting contractors, meeting them at the house and acting as a go between. She ensured work was done in a timely manner and the correct way. At one point I had several deliveries there and she shipped them to my new home for me. She really went above and beyond! She met my neighbors and they commented how thorough she was and personable as well. Selling and buying a house can be so stressful. Angel made the transaction as smooth as it could be. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Heights area. We are grateful for all her help, her knowledge and her hard work. Angel is honestly the best!!

We want to thank our realtor David for his awesome and professional service. David started helping us look for a house since 2016. After more than two years of active searching, we finally found THE house we want. During this time, we have dragged David to see more than 50 houses. There were a few times we were about to give up. There were also times I worry that David would just walk away from us since we were so picky. However, David assured and reassured us that he will always be on our side to help us find the house we want. He is honest, loyal and professional. Every single house that we visited, he always pointed out the pros and cons. He always honors our opinion. We are just extremely grateful that we could have such an awesome realtor.

I was referred to Tiffany - She came highly recommended and described as “She’ll get the job done!” Needless to say she exceeded expectations. Her vast knowledge and understanding of the real estate industry are unmatched. She made stars match in spite of the shapes being square. Thanks for your hard work and tenacity to get the deal done. Highly recommended - platinum stars!
