Please note Matt Toth is currently with Real of Ohio. Matt is a knowledgeable agent. We would use him again. He was very accommodating and arranged a 3-hour successful open house on short notice. Matt was quick to communicate and respond to any changes of the sales process. He gave very good advice for a counteroffer so that we got the sales price we wanted and closed in only 15 days. It was less than 30 days from the time the house went on the market to closing the deal. He even helped us move several items out of the house.

Carm was fantastic to work with! She is responsive, knowledgeable, super friendly and able to pivot quickly when needed. I needed to sell my mom's home and although I was out of state, Carm made the process and experience far less stressful than I anticipated. She took plenty of time to meet with me in person when I was in town and was ALWAYS available by phone, email or text when I was not. I cannot overstate how easy Carm made the process nor how helpful she was throughout. I don't know if any sale is "easy" but Stephanie made life very easy for me and my wife. We didn't want to sell ourselves on any one house before we started looking, but our dream house was in our portal the very first time we logged in (with a price cut!!). Once we showed interest Stephanie got us in there ASAP. We were either the first or second people to see the house. We saw the house, made an offer, and had that offer accepted all in about 12 hours.
