For example, he would always call out different features of the house, so that I can understand what might need to be fixed in the short term, along with pointing out the surrounding areas of the home to get a feel for what my neighbors may be like. Additionally, Mash was great at communicating and would immediately respond to my text or calls when it was time to tour a home. Even when I closed on my home, Mash made sure our relationship didn’t just end there. He was also a great resource to find repair men and different appliance stores for the maintenance of my property.
