By this being my first time going through this process, Mash made sure that I understood the foundations of homes before we would take a tour. For example, he would always call out different features of the house, so that I can understand what might need to be fixed in the short term, along with pointing out the surrounding areas of the home to get a feel for what my neighbors may be like. Additionally, Mash was great at communicating and would immediately respond to my text or calls when it was time to tour a home. Even when I closed on my home, Mash made sure our relationship didn’t just end there. He was also a great resource to find repair men and different appliance stores for the maintenance of my property. Buying a house was a daunting prospect, as I had never done it before and everything was last minute due to some life circumstances. Many realtors I called were difficult to get ahold of. Then I called Robert. He picked up quickly, and immediately had a game plan for me. The process of looking through houses with him was enjoyable, and something I will frankly miss now that I've closed. Despite not being an inspector, Rob was able to provide useful input as to potential problems with a purchase. At no point did he rush me, or try to force a sale. He did an excellent job helping me find a good deal, even if it meant we were searching a bit longer. During the closing process he couldn't have been more helpful. I had an unusually complex closing case, and he was there every step of the way to provide expert feedback to protect me financially. As a young educated professional, many of my friends will soon be entering the housing market, and I have made it clear that Rob is the best choice for an agent. If you are his employer, I cannot recommend him enough for some kind of increased compensation. If you are a potential buyer, save yourself a headache and go with him. My realtor Kaela is a very beautiful person inside and out. Kaela was not only considerate but patient as well. When I became unsure about which house to choose after being showed several. Kaela spoke with me about the pros and cons of certain houses. I felt very comfortable working with Kaela as she made sure all my questions were answered. Please note Matt Toth is currently with Real of Ohio. Matt is a knowledgeable agent. We would use him again. He was very accommodating and arranged a 3-hour successful open house on short notice. Matt was quick to communicate and respond to any changes of the sales process. He gave very good advice for a counteroffer so that we got the sales price we wanted and closed in only 15 days. It was less than 30 days from the time the house went on the market to closing the deal. He even helped us move several items out of the house.
