A Five-Star Experience: Rob Turned My Toughest Deal Into a Success
If you are selling your property and looking for a realtor who will truly go to the mat for you, look no further than Rob, he is the kind of professional who turns stressful situations into successful outcomes. Selling an investment property from out of state can be incredibly stressful, but Rob made the entire process seamless. This was a very challenging deal—we went under contract multiple times, only for new structural issues to be discovered during inspections, which caused buyers to pull out. It was a rollercoaster, but Rob was my rock throughout the entire ordeal. What really sets Rob apart is his persistence and his genuine commitment to fighting for his client's best interests. When one of the later offers came in, I was facing a loss of over $23,000. Rob stepped in as a total hero; he not only found a much better offer but navigated the negotiations so skillfully that I didn't end up losing money at all. His patience during the entire process was remarkable, and he was determined to find the right buyer regardless of the hurdles we faced. I truly cannot recommend Rob enough. As an out-of-state investor, I needed someone on the ground, and he acted as my eyes and ears from day one. He was consistently responsive, attentive, and always ready to visit the vacant property whenever needed. He even went above and beyond by connecting me with a reliable contractor from his trusted network to get the place market-ready.
