I can't say enough nice things about working with Michael. We were able to find a home that was in our price range and perfect for us. Mr. Atkinson made himself available when it was convenient for my wife and I - and he learned our preferences/what we were looking for immediately (The man has a sixth sense about these things)! About a month after moving into our home Michael came through for us in a big way in helping with an escrow issue. He really went above and beyond in this instance and resolved the issue quickly - something that I'm not convinced a different realtor would have done. With the personal attention, availability, and work ethic that Michael beings to the table, I feel very strongly about recommending him to anyone looking for a home!

Our experience with April was really excellent. We had to travel to numerous long distant areas. What I liked about our experience was no matter how far away it was, April showed up with a smile. She had alot of knowledge of the different communities around the Tampa Bay area. Every time I called April she picked up and answered my questions. I was always comfortable with the overall experience. I would recommend April and call her for any future real estate transactions.

I highly recommend using Rachel for all of your buying or selling. She kept me informed on what to expect and what was taking place. Extremely knowledgeable on all buying and selling. She did everything I asked and kept me up to date. Communication was exceptional. And she found the perfect buyer within hours of listing! If you want a great realtor, call Rachel!
