We were looking for a house on the west side of Cleveland. And we looked at a lot of houses and put in several offers (lost some and rescinded a few, too)! Amanda was always helpful, offering her opinion on price, amenities and location. She pulled neighborhood comps and sent them to us promptly. We appreciated her positive attitude, quick responses, and professionalism. This was tested when the seller was always at the property (showing, inspection and walk through) and then was delayed on move out day.
