Jamie turned what would've been an otherwise incredibly stressful home purchase situation into one that was relatively easy considering the circumstances. I saw a house that I liked in the Fall while visiting Cleveland from the west coast. Months later it was still for sale so I decided to purchase it. I was doing this while still living on the other side of the country over 2,000 miles away. Even with a 3 hour time zone difference Jamie was reachable via phone, text and email and made herself available to answer my questions and address my concerns. She was incredibly helpful and got me a better deal on the house than I thought was possible. She genuinely cared and went above and beyond, making me feel like her one and only client. After closing on the house, there were some loose ends because the seller was an investment house flipper and was sloppy.
