Location, location, location. The slogan we always hear in real estate. The other slogan that weighs in heavily these days is timing, timing, timing. The latter being well demonstrated by Anne Callahan. Being that I am not native to the Bay Village market, I was taken aback by how smoothly the entire process played out. I needed someone to empty out the house. DONE. I needed someone to clean the house. DONE. Minor repairs were needed. DONE. All of this was handled by Ms. Callahan. I made my concerns to Ms Callahan and suggestions were made. She followed up by contacting me within 24-48 hours of completion of the work. All of my concerns were met within a short period of time. All estimates were customary and usual. Her experience and deftness of the market served me well. I cannot say enough and cannot thank Ms. Callahan enough for the smoothness of the sale that I experienced.
