I was fortunate to find Stephanie through a friend since I was living in AZ and wanted to purchase a home in Lake County. Stephanie was extremely responsive which was critical for finding a new home with me living so far away. Stephanie’s market knowledge allowed me to find a neighborhood that was right for me. I am a very satisfied customer and enjoyed the experience from beginning to end!

Kathy is exactly what you want in a buying agent. She does her homework on the market and offers a great set of eyes to point out features of the property you may not think of. Whether those features are desireable or undesireable. She definitely helped me decide houses to pass on vs make an offer while respecting that it was my decision to make based on what *I* was looking for in a house, and she recalibrated HER expectations to fit my buying goals. 10/10, definitely plan on working with Kathy Dodge in the future!

Simon really "dumbed" things down for me when I was confused. He had great input when I was negotiating a price. Great availability and always quick to answer calls and texts. Always smiling and was as excited as I was the whole time. Made getting the keys extra special with thoughtful gifts.

Alan was highly professional and guided us through the whole process to make things easy for us. Alan got us the best value for our house and when we went to buy our new home.

Ryan was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable! He listens to everything you say and helps you find the house of your dreams! He helped set up a personalized portal that would notify me when a Home with all my must haves became available in the area I was looking. He did a wonderful job in negotiating so that I could get my dream home for the price I was willing to spend. I would recommend Ryan to anyone looking to buy a home!
