Cathy was so professional, energetic and aggressive in selling our home. We listed when Covid hit and it didn’t stop her from finding ways for potential buyers to see our house. We hit unexpected challenges along the way, yet Cathy tried very very hard to work around them. Despite the challenges, our home got sold and we are so appreciative of her hard work. She kept us informed every step and quickly responded to all our questions and concerns. Thank you Cathy!

As you all know, selling your home is a very stressful time in your life, but working with Mike really put our minds at ease. My husband and I have 3 dogs, trying to clean the house and get the house ready for a showing is quite the task. Mike really made it easy, letting us know the approximate time of when the potential buyers would be coming and sending a quick text to let us know that they were leaving, and when we finally got that offer, we didn't have to do anything, he took care of everything, Thank you Mike Babiarz for a wonderful experience
