Andrea is outstanding! Quick to answer questions and get showings. Couldn’t have asked for a better agent!

Amy once said she is like a dog with a bone - there is no truer statement when describing Amy! This market is so competitive and nearly impossible for a financed buyer. After our family decided what our needs were, she searched high and low, brought us creative ideas, shared her never ending local knowledge, advocated for us, worked tirelessly doing due diligence on properties we were unable to get under contract and quite literally never gave up - even though we almost did. She did this all virtually as we were several states away. We went under contract without seeing the property in person, because of our confidence in Amy's opinion. And this isn't the first time she has done this for us. We always recommend Amy to our family, friends, and business contacts - in this market, if you want to be successful, you need Amy.

Gregg found a buyer for our asking price in 1 day! We closed in less than a month without any issues.
