Luisa would take care of it immediately I personally thought that she went out of a way just doing an open house houses which she did more than the average agent. If there was a problem she would take care of it and she would direct us on how we should handle a payment for the problem example of water pipe broke she found the plumber the plumber came. She told the plumber where to send a bill of course we paid it but that’s going out of your way. She gave us ideas on how to make the house more syllable to the consumer. She worked with us on getting a correct how price so the house would move and not sit still to be quite honest with you, but today’s economy has sent empty for two years with various agents until Luisa came. Once Luisa was our agent the household in less than three months.
