This is our second real estate experience with Thomas Towns. His communication style is unparalleled. He understands the housing market and assisted us in selling our home quickly and for a fair price. This is my husbands favorite house. As my husband, he was the most diligent buyer, Fonda negotiated this purchase 3 times! Finally, the sellers were unable to move out, so they rented the house back from us. This was one interesting purchase. The inspection yielded several issues which resulted in the first 2 buyers to pass on the property. Only after the first 2 buyers gave up, were we able to negotiate the right deal on this property.

This was a difficult transaction. Many moving parts. Not a sellers market, buyers not buying, a lot of inventory , difficult price point, Short timeline. Patience and experience was definitely required. Luisa is broker/owner and worked very hard on our behalf to close on this property. Did all that was asked of her and more. We highly recommend Luisa to represent sellers . She knows her ^%#!
