I was referred to Andy by a previous agent I used in another state. Andy learned of my other friendship, and confidently said his goal was to be the same and better. He created searches for my wife and I to narrow our focus. Then in a 2 day spree, he hosted a viewing of about 15-20 houses for us to see.
