I started the search process, in a specific complex, over a year ago. I met David this Spring, and knew I was in the right hands. I am so impressed with David's off hand knowledge of the are and the complex, even down to minute details. He is a doll. He knew I was not in a rush to find the right place. David is so patient! He never pressured me to increase my budget or pushed me toward a listing for a sale, like many do. But, I trusted his instincts when he called and said "this is the one that is meant to be".
