I had a double wide mobile home, which I renovated to sell on my own. It was situated in a mobile home park. I had listed it on various web sites, with little attention for several months. I then hired her to assume the selling process. even though it was a slow market, her reassurance was comforting. Within in four months, she had several buyers interested.
