We worked with Robyn over a several month period. Over this time period her communication was excellent, she was always responsive and had great follow through. At the end of our search my husband was very ill and I had to complete the search and purchase process on my I own. She did all she could to help me secure a new home in our desired area. She also worked closely with the loan officer and the title company to get us to closing in a timely manner. Petra was very professional in every aspect in helping us find the perfect home in Sun City Arizona. With us living in Ohio it got very tricky trying to buy something site unseen. She would communicate with us via text, email and phone calls almost on a daily basis on new homes on the market. She would go into these homes and FaceTime us to show us around, on more than one occasion. She was knowledgeable on the market and sent us the comps in the area. Once we found the right home, she lined up inspection and even went to the property to get the necessary questions answered all while we were still in Ohio. She has been there for us from start to finish! Without her we probably would still be in Ohio.
