Selling of my mobile home

I had a double wide mobile home, which I renovated to sell on my own. It was situated in a mobile home park. I had listed it on various web sites, with little attention for several months. I knew of Nicole, she had several suggestions on how to market this unit to it's full potential. I then hired her to assume the selling process. even though it was a slow market, her reassurance was comforting. Within in four months, she had several buyers interested. A family from out of town fell in love with the house, said " This is what we are looking for". After some discussion on price . Nicole managed a settlement, and security company ready to help with the finance. There was so much involved as well with the park and park rules she navigated through.
