Great team!!! I did what Russ suggested to get the price I wanted. I painted the inside to a more neutral color and replaced the carpet in master. The house sold amazingly fast, under a month, after being on the market with another realtor at an unrealistic price for a year. Russ totally knows the real-estate in Green Valley 100% along with his team and the escrow company he uses, Pioneer Escrow. Everyone was super kind and professional. I was of state when my home sold. The escrow and Russ made simple, they took care of everything and were available to me 24\7.

We needed to sell our townhouse to put that money towards a mortgage so our payments weren’t astronomical. Russ did such a great job we didn’t even have to make a payment! All our interactions with him were great, he even showed up at the signing to answer questions. In our buying and selling of 22 homes, no realtor has ever done that! We were impressed. The sign was up quickly and taken down just as fast. We were 100% happy with Russ’s knowledge of real estate, his communication, expertise, and follow through.
