Our townhouse sold so quickly

We needed to sell our townhouse to put that money towards a mortgage so our payments weren’t astronomical. Russ did such a great job we didn’t even have to make a payment! All our interactions with him were great, he even showed up at the signing to answer questions. In our buying and selling of 22 homes, no realtor has ever done that! We were impressed. The sign was up quickly and taken down just as fast. We were 100% happy with Russ’s knowledge of real estate, his communication, expertise, and follow through. He sold our home quickly and it was because he knew the market inside and out with a little luck thrown in! He’s awesome and when we sell this home, he’ll be the first one we call!
