Great team!!! I did what Russ suggested to get the price I wanted. I painted the inside to a more neutral color and replaced the carpet in master. The house sold amazingly fast, under a month, after being on the market with another realtor at an unrealistic price for a year. Russ totally knows the real-estate in Green Valley 100% along with his team and the escrow company he uses, Pioneer Escrow. Everyone was super kind and professional. I was of state when my home sold. The escrow and Russ made simple, they took care of everything and were available to me 24\7.

We relocated while our home was on the market and due to distance, Russ handled so many miscellaneous issues for us that we could not be there to handle. Also appreciated the weekly updates on the right eal estate market in our community. Russ also responded quickly to our phone calls and worked very hard to get our house sold in a difficult market.
