Russ has great communication habits, we were always able to reach him when we had questions. He has a real good eye for what helps to sell and gave us many tips to make our showings more productive. Great team!!! I did what Russ suggested to get the price I wanted. I painted the inside to a more neutral color and replaced the carpet in master. The house sold amazingly fast, under a month, after being on the market with another realtor at an unrealistic price for a year. Russ totally knows the real-estate in Green Valley 100% along with his team and the escrow company he uses, Pioneer Escrow. Everyone was super kind and professional. I was of state when my home sold. The escrow and Russ made simple, they took care of everything and were available to me 24\7.
