Russ made it so easy to get my house on the market and sold. My wife had recently passed away and I wanted to move to Florida to get away asap. Russ made it so that I could just pack up my stuff and move quickly, and he then oversaw the repairs, the clean up, the staging and the marketing of the house, so that I was able to move out and be at the beach in Florida well before the house even hit the market. The pics and marketing of the property were excellent, and resulted in an above-asking-price on the first offer, and we closed in less than a month from the day the house hit the market!
I cannot say enough to highlight how good an experience it was working with Russ. We needed to sell this home remotely since we do not live in AZ which can create obvious challenges. Russ helped us navigate the entire process and was always one or two steps ahead. Having sold many houses in the past, I can say for certain this is not normal and was a breath of fresh air. My only complaint is that he isn't in other states where I need to sell houses because he would be the first realtor I contacted. I highly recommend Russ without any reservations.
