We were looking in Green Valley AZ and we did not live in AZ. I read reviews on-line and his websites and decided to give him a call. I am so glad We picked him! Because as the purchasers we were in two different states it was alot of extra effort on Russ's part. We went to Green Valley for 5 days and after very careful planning before we arrived we visited Quail Creek one day and Green Valley one day. It was 2 very busy days but Russ was ready and it was all very well planned out. We spent a 3rd day looking at a few he thought were close to what we were looking for. He is so good with followup and getting us information as we needed. After that visit it took us about 10 days to decide to make an offer on one we had visited. Russ was so helpful in that process and since we eventually did purchase the property the has also been very helpful AFTER the sale etc. We would highly recommend Russ for any real estate purchase in the Green Valley area.
