This was our second time using Josh and Erica as our realtor team. After being on the market for 4 months with another broker, Erica's Team took over. We followed her suggestions. When an offer came in she represented us and not the buyer. After the Buyer's inspection - they requested many things, when I disagreed with some - she went to work to verify the problem so we could make an educated decision and move forward. It came out that both the buyer and we were correct - we were able to come to a compromise and closed. Without her effort - it wouldn't have happened.
