Our story is a bit unique. We purchased our house a year ago and Rachel was the agent showing. The purchase was seamless. Due to unforeseen circumstances, a year later we had to move. We gave her the listing and I have never been so impressed with an agent. We have bought and sold several houses in the past but not one went as smoothly as this. Her attention to detail is superb and she is available ALWAYS. She did so many things that went the extra mile. In this economy we were uncertain how long it would take but within about 3 months she had it sold. I would not hesitate to use her services again and HIGHLY recommend her for buying or selling your home.

Michelle and Mishka are an incredible team of realtors. They were patient with us as we dipped our toes into the home buying process. They set us up an MLS search that we received weekly so we could see what the market was like. Once we were ready to start actually seeing homes, they were incredibly flexible on times and showed us as many houses as we wanted to see each time. We looked at 8-10 houses before we found the one. Once we were under contract, they gave us inspector suggestions and scheduled all the inspections we wanted. They were there to guide us every step of the way and we can’t thank them enough.
