Josh Umfleet is no doubtably the very best buyers agent we have ever had out of the now 5th home purchased over the years. We were out of town buyers from Kansas going to Arizona with little time to look. We purchased a beautiful home sight unseen only from online pictures along with face timing with him, family members and later the home inspector. Our new home had needed a new roof, many repairs ad resealing to windows plus a few pool issues. Josh was able to get all the items taken care of with the help of the seller’s agent as he is a very competent communicator, reliable, easy to work with too. He has impeccable follow up skills with us, the selling agent and mortgage brokers. At our direction he found and set up all the inspections, repair companies plus multiple estimates for the roof, while letting them in the home and his follow up on the repairs once completed for us. He saved us money using an escalating bid and locking in a sale. Josh joined us in the closing of our home too. We highly recommend him to buy or list your home, you will not be sorry You-will be pleasantly surprised how hard he works for you at all hours and days of the week.
