Erica Hoffman was the selling agent for our home in Tucson. Erica spent a significant amount of time researching comparable neighborhood sales and evaluating our property. Her expertise in correctly pricing our home and creating a listing emphasizing the desirable aspects led to an immediate and full-price offer. During the selling process Erica and Josh kept us very well informed as to all that we needed to do and what the buyers were doing to meet the closing date in the contract. Since we had already moved from Tucson, Erica and Josh were outstanding in taking care of all the issues that come up when selling a house. They even watered the plants in our yard when the irrigation water had to be off for a few days! That is above and beyond what I would expect a real estate agent to do.
