For most of the sale my husband and I were out of state, so Kim and Attila took care of everything that needed to be done in our absence. Attila made some repairs and never charged us. The buyers agent was most unpleasant and caused unnecessary problems, but Kim and Attila resolved all the issues promptly, efficiently and according to the law. When I found myself getting upset with the often complicating issues of selling a home, talking with Kim instantly calmed me down. There are not words to express our THANKS to Kim and Attila. Their success is in their results. They will get your house sold and work diligently to get you the best deal possible.
