Kim & Attila were so nice, but beyond that their work as real estate agents was exceptional. They were always available without delay whether by person or phone. For most of the sale my husband and I were out of state, so Kim and Attila took care of everything that needed to be done in our absence. Attila made some repairs and never charged us. The buyers agent was most unpleasant and caused unnecessary problems, but Kim and Attila resolved all the issues promptly, efficiently and according to the law. When I found myself getting upset with the often complicating issues of selling a home, talking with Kim instantly calmed me down. There are not words to express our THANKS to Kim and Attila. Their success is in their results. They will get your house sold and work diligently to get you the best deal possible. It was a pleasure to see them work as a team, always with a smile and positive outlook. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home and work through the complicated real estate paperwork and legalities. I rate them 110%.

Kimberly Martonosi is the best realtor I have ever worked with and I have worked with several other realtors when buying my previous homes. Kimberly is not pushy and she realy cares about her clients. She took the time to get to know me and to find out what I needed and wanted. She definitely knew the market and came up with excellent options. It is easy to talk to Kimberly and she explained every step and every signature and answered all my questions. She went above and beyond what a realtor is supposed to do. She even came up with a new home for my chickens. (I am not allowed to have chickens in my new community.)
