Ruthie New is an excellent realtor and very knowledgeable about the law. We contacted Ruthie to list my mom's home after her death in August; and walked us through the paperwork during a very difficult time. When I needed a roofing company, electrician, plumber, carpet shampooer etc. she gave me the contact information and they were there within a day or two and all of them were very good at their trade. My mom's home sold in a few weeks and the closing went very smoothly. We are selling in 2026 and she is the only real estate agent I would consider listing our house with.
