Danny and Megan were extremely helpful with guidance on selling my house. I didn't have to wait and bother them for updates, they kept in constant contact and were highly motivated to get the job done. They were understanding that I was mostly out of town and helped me with items that needed done in my absence. ie: meeting contractors at the house, etc. They both are great communicators. I would highly recommend to any of my friends and family.

Working with Danny and Megan to buy our first home was such a wonderful experience. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of worries and questions and they were so knowledgeable and patient with us. We are a blue collar family and our schedules tend to be packed and Danny and Megan were so accommodating, worked with our schedules, and responded very quickly to our messages. It was a pleasure (yes, a pleasure) to work with Lana in the purchase of our new home. I told her what I needed in communication (or lack-of in my personal situation lol), what I was looking for in a home (all the things), and shared my anxieties (so many) from beginning to end. We started our search while living in Spain. When we arrived in Boise, we were in a rush to find something in the right area for us. Judy knew lots about the various possibilities, and picked up quickly on our unstated preferences. Then she ably handled the inspection and repair process for us - we were again out of town. We were only in Boise for a week in total, and everything went very smoothly during the five week purchase period because of Judy.

Judy and her team are always available to answer questions and you can trust that she is going to give you a honest response, not just a convenient one! Gets things done quickly and efficiently. We have used her and her team to buy and sell multiple homes. While we have hopefully found our forever home we would use Judy and her team again without a doubt.
