We personaly had some health problems she had to work around and did it with patience and grace. Michelle sold our home as well as showed us our new home. We could not be happier with the way everything was handled

Michelle Hellinga was great to work with! She helped my parents navigate both selling their home of fifty years and buying a new one with complete professionalism. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to ensure they felt comfortable and supported. She took the time to patiently explain every step of the selling and then buying process. Her communication was top notch, and she helped them through some stressful times, keeping everyone informed and at ease. Both my parents and I would highly recommend her as a realtor, and we are very appreciative of her hard work.

Michelle was great to work with, she kept us informed and involved every step of our journey selling our home. Listed, sold and funded in under two weeks! Several times she went above and beyond what I would say were normal agent duties! Thank you for an easy, quick and successful experience!

She is on it all the time nothing gets past her she has always gone way above and beyond. Always willing to do what ever it takes to find time to show houses and get the best for you. She is absolutely wonderful. Words can’t explain how great she is. She has sold and helped me find several houses and couldn’t find a better person to help me along the way

Buying a home comes with a lot of emotions on its own but the to add reality of all the people that are involved can be overwhelming! But Lynn helped with all that she just made things happen and work! She knew exactly who to talk to to make things keep moving! Her professionalism, punctuality with communications and patience with us as clients to answer all our questions even after hours was definitely recognised! We highly recommend Lynn! She went above and beyond for our family and our situation! We feel like we have gained a new trusted friend rather than a business transaction! We love Lynn and couldn’t speak more highly of her!

Lynn is very creative in coming up with ideas and options to make the property attractive to ALL potential buyers.

Michelle was very helpful to us. She offered advice when needed, and communicated well with us. She understood our needs and executed the sale quickly and effeciently.

Ten years ago, when we were first looking for a home in Emmett, a friend recommended Michelle. She was so great to work with at that time, that we returned to her for our most recent move. She was so helpful in getting us prepared for the sale of our home and finding a new home. She is knowledgeable about the market in our area, and understood what to do to attract buyers that were looking for what our property had to offer. She was tenacious in following up on every prospective buyer who came to view or property, and good about keeping us informed about just what people were most impressed with, and which things were least favorable, so that we could address issues that were of possible concern. She advertised in multiple venues to attract attention to our property, and advised us of possible changes in asking price that could be made to keep in tune with changes in the market. We could always count on her to be honest and knowledgeable about each phase of the sales process, scheduling inspections and following up on those results. She was always “spot on” in negotiating the final details involved in closing the deal. She was on top of every aspect of both finding us a new home in the area, and working with the other realtors involved. Everyone who knows her has respect for her abilities as a realtor. We cannot thank her enough for “going the extra mile” for us. Being disabled myself, we had special needs to meet when looking for a new home. Michelle kept this in mind while helping us to find just the right home in a market with very few options that met our particular needs. We now have not just the right house, but the PERFECT home, and we love it!! Thank you Michelle!
