Ten years ago, when we were first looking for a home in Emmett, a friend recommended Michelle. She was so great to work with at that time, that we returned to her for our most recent move. She was so helpful in getting us prepared for the sale of our home and finding a new home. She is knowledgeable about the market in our area, and understood what to do to attract buyers that were looking for what our property had to offer. She was tenacious in following up on every prospective buyer who came to view or property, and good about keeping us informed about just what people were most impressed with, and which things were least favorable, so that we could address issues that were of possible concern. She advertised in multiple venues to attract attention to our property, and advised us of possible changes in asking price that could be made to keep in tune with changes in the market. We could always count on her to be honest and knowledgeable about each phase of the sales process, scheduling inspections and following up on those results. She was always “spot on” in negotiating the final details involved in closing the deal. She was on top of every aspect of both finding us a new home in the area, and working with the other realtors involved. Everyone who knows her has respect for her abilities as a realtor. We cannot thank her enough for “going the extra mile” for us. Being disabled myself, we had special needs to meet when looking for a new home. Michelle kept this in mind while helping us to find just the right home in a market with very few options that met our particular needs. We now have not just the right house, but the PERFECT home, and we love it!! Thank you Michelle!

Michelle helped us conduct this transaction from a distance and it went incredibly smooth! We are so happy with our new home! She worked with our family who lived in the region to show the home, listened to our needs regarding the type and location of a home we wanted, and made recommendations regarding local contractors. We actually saw the home for the first time AFTER closing and could not be happier! Michelle was also the realtor who sold our daughter her home 11 years ago which is how we selected her initially. Our experience felt very hands-off. After the initial pitch, we were set up on an automated email list and ended up finding most of the homes ourselves. Communication was minimal, which made planning a weekend trip from out of state stressful—we often didn’t know what showings were scheduled until last minute. When we came to town, she showed us a few houses, then had to leave for a personal commitment and gave us builder codes to tour homes on our own. We found a new build we liked, she submitted the offer, and we closed without any negotiation. After that, there was little follow-up, just a card asking for referrals. It would have been nice to feel more supported, especially being out-of-state buyers who relied heavily on our agent’s guidance.

Michelle was wonderful to work with. She was very professional and personable. Michelle worked well with us as we maneuverd our unusual sale of connecting properties.

Michelle is the best. She was able to answer every question we asked with complete satisfaction. The first day was spent looking at homes that more or less fit what we explained to her prior to our meeting. During that first day she got us all figured out because every house we looked at day 2 was exactly what we wanted. We found the house we wanted and made the bid. The next day traveling back to our home state Michelle let us know that the house was no longer available. But being the awesome realtor she is, Michelle had already found us an even better house. We started the paperwork immediately without even seeing the house or knowing exactly where it was. We had complete trust in Michelle by this time that she desired only to help us get the house we wanted. And it was. We have been here 4 months and it has been wonderful.
