A family member recommended Ryan to us as we were planning a job relocation from Twin Falls to the Meridian area. As a family with school-age children, we were very interested in finding a neighborhood and school area that would be an ideal fit. Ryan very helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing our home and provided extensive knowledge of different areas in the Treasure Valley that met our criteria. He was always quick to respond when we had questions, and was generous with his time to accompany us to multiple showings when we were in town. I scoff at myself for even considering or asking for realty agent recommendations other than Ryan Kerfoot. Trusting Ryan with the sale of my mother's home via Family Trust was the first, and best, choice me and my siblings made in our difficult journey of moving our mom to assisted living. Ryan dealt with each of us in unique and caring ways while always keeping our mom at the forefront of everything we did. Ryan's market knowledge was second to none and his input related to comps and market activity was thorough and informative. His communication left nothing to be deciphered or interpreted; he covered all bases. I have not worked with an individual, personally or professionally, that was as accessible and responsive as Ryan was throughout the entire home selling process. The amount of detail he provided in his e-mails and texts was impressive to say the least. In addition, he was always open to a live phone conversation to further discuss or explain the situation or provide counsel when needed. Just tremendous! Couldn't have asked for a better experience with a realtor in the Treasure Valley. He exceeded our expectations in almost every way.
