Tyler Gilman has extensive knowledge of the Boise market along with an in depth history of the buyers and sellers market in Hidden Springs. He provides excellent advice on pricing and updating a home to achieve a desired price point. Our sale was not easy, as we listed during the winter months, and Tyler provided clear actionable advice every step of the way. His marketing materials were fantastic and knowing the whole team at Southebys was behind us gave us lots of confidence in a relatively flat sellers market. Tyler went the extra mile with open houses one of which, he met and positively influenced our future buyers. This is the third real estate transaction that Tyler has helped our family with, and I cannot say enough good things about his services. He is our go to realtor in Boise, and I highly recommend him on either side of a transaction.
