We have been working with Alex for over 18 months looking for a house to flip. In this market, they are not easy to find. Even harder when sellers think repairs aren’t necessary to 40 year old pools with trees growing from the inside of them, or misrepresent 600 square feet on their listing. I met Lynn at the worst time. My sister passed away last year. I really didn't know what to do with her home, and other belongings. Luckily, I met Lynn!
