Danny and Megan were extremely helpful with guidance on selling my house. I didn't have to wait and bother them for updates, they kept in constant contact and were highly motivated to get the job done. They were understanding that I was mostly out of town and helped me with items that needed done in my absence. ie: meeting contractors at the house, etc. They both are great communicators. I would highly recommend to any of my friends and family.

Megan and Danny were very helpful and understanding. they completely understood the wants and needs of the home we wanted for our family. Trust me when I say they both understood the assignment to the fullest. Now thanks to them we now own the home of our dreams and the home we thought we would never own. I love how easy it was to get in contact with them whenever we needed them. They were always one phone call away. Danny and Megan made our first home-buying experience better than we ever could have imagined. We first met them before we were even sure we were ready to buy, and they still took the time to explain the entire process, answer all of our questions, and even show us homes before we officially committed to working with them. Over the next few months, they were always available and worked around our crazy schedules to get us into every house we wanted to see. Anytime we wanted to make an offer, they got everything together quickly, no matter the time of day. Their communication was outstanding, and they always kept us informed throughout the entire process. When we found a home we wanted to make an offer on, they jumped into action immediately, no matter the time of day. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions, and they were always honest, transparent, and willing to explain everything. They never let us fall for gimmicks and always fought for our best interests throughout negotiations and closing. What meant the most was how they treated us. They made us feel like friends and family, not clients. They genuinely wanted us to find the right home, not just any home. We truly can’t imagine using anyone else in the future, and we will recommend Danny and Megan to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. They made what could have been an overwhelming experience one we’ll always be grateful for.

We couldn't recommend Danny and Megan any more than we already do! Wonderful people with amazing knowledge in the industry, surrounding areas and market! We relocated from out of state for my husband's work and had been looking at homes online for weeks prior to getting to Idaho. Danny was able to get our eyes on one particular house that we really loved online and we just "had the feeling" about, the day before it's Open House. And not by miracle, but by having a team like Danny and Megan behind us negotiating, we were able to purchase in a record time of 2 weeks for $25k less than the original listing!!! Yes, from the initial tour, putting in an offer, negotiations, inspection, appraisal and connecting us with an excellent mortgage broker, we accomplished what sounds impossible with minimal stress, and are now the happiest homeowners in the state! Working with Danny and Megan to buy our first home was such a wonderful experience. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of worries and questions and they were so knowledgeable and patient with us. We are a blue collar family and our schedules tend to be packed and Danny and Megan were so accommodating, worked with our schedules, and responded very quickly to our messages.
