Communication was great, Market knowledge was good, negotiation skills top notch and very professional.

Otilia was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. My family and I didn’t know what to expect but she made the process easy and smooth. All our questions were answered and she was available whenever. We are very grateful that we found her and with her help we bought our first home. We highly recommend Otilia.

I would recommend Tawni to anyone who is in to buying a home. Great communication and worked hard to finding a home that suited me and my situation. I was glad that I was referred to her after having a bad experience with other realtors who didn't give me the time of day to show property to me. Tawni is the best!

When we worked with Tawni she was very helpful and was excited to help us! My wife and I had a busy schedule and she worked around it. Tawni took care of a lot of the paperwork and was quick and efficient in sending us documents and property information as requested or needed. She was on and off vacation while we worked with her and she was still on top of our process and was quick to find other agents to help with our showings. Would very much recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell here! She was on the ball when it came to communication and was very knowledgeable on what the value of the homes we looked at actually were. She helped us through the whole process and was well informed on true value of homes!

We moved from California and were not able to make the trip to see the home before we bought it. Tawni made this potentially extremely stressful process very smooth and went above and beyond for us. She was quick to answer all of our many questions, no matter how small and she was always happy to help. She negotiated with a very stubborn seller and got us a great deal on a very beautiful home! We couldn't be happier! Thank you so much Tawni you are amazing!!!
