i wanted to show my family the new house my husband & i wanted to buy. we could only get a few showings in a certain amount of time & without thinking i text Kate on a Sunday & she said she’d be more than happy to show the house! She went completely out of her way on a day i’m sure she was spending with her family (looking back i feel horrible for doing that) but this was just ONE highlight of our closing experience with her. she explained things to my husband & i no matter how many times we needed her to (we are first time home buyers). not to mention she ALSO went out of her way to get us some gifts on the day we got the keys. she goes ABOVE AND BEYOND what she gets paid for. she didnt just feel like a realtor, she genuinely felt like a friend. i would give her a ten star rating if i could.

Brenda was very knowledgeable about the market of our house. The Communication was great if we had questions Brenda was right on it to answer them. She was there with us all the way of selling. A.d helping with getting some thing off the property for us to Brenda is really great u can't go wrong with her. She will be there all the way.
