i wanted to show my family the new house my husband & i wanted to buy. we could only get a few showings in a certain amount of time & without thinking i text Kate on a Sunday & she said she’d be more than happy to show the house! She went completely out of her way on a day i’m sure she was spending with her family (looking back i feel horrible for doing that) but this was just ONE highlight of our closing experience with her. she explained things to my husband & i no matter how many times we needed her to (we are first time home buyers). not to mention she ALSO went out of her way to get us some gifts on the day we got the keys. she goes ABOVE AND BEYOND what she gets paid for. she didnt just feel like a realtor, she genuinely felt like a friend. i would give her a ten star rating if i could.

Jeri is amazing! She's honest, patient, and so knowledgeable. She helped us through every step of the selling and buying process, answering my endless questions with grace and patience. The real estate market has been atypical lately, yet Jeri provided prompt communication and guidance based on her extensive experience in the field and in our local area. Jeri is also absolutely honest! She told us what she knew, even when it wasn't what we wanted to hear, and when she didn't know something, she told us that too. Lastly, Jeri has gone above and beyond to help us, even after the transactions were complete. She's been a neighbor for a few years, but during this process she's truly become our friend. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
