Jo Ann is very knowledgeable in the market and if she happens to not know the answer immediately, she knows who to contact to find the answer. She never stops working. Jo Ann seems to always be available, we never had to worry about not being able to reach her. She is the real estate agent everyone wants on their side. Our property was a country property, so we had well, septic and water rights in addition to the basics of a home. Jo Ann knew the ins and outs of it all. Our property was also an estate and she was very knowledgeable on the special needs of selling an estate property. We couldn’t have been happier with the results that Jo Ann gave us.
