i wanted to show my family the new house my husband & i wanted to buy. we could only get a few showings in a certain amount of time & without thinking i text Kate on a Sunday & she said she’d be more than happy to show the house! She went completely out of her way on a day i’m sure she was spending with her family (looking back i feel horrible for doing that) but this was just ONE highlight of our closing experience with her. she explained things to my husband & i no matter how many times we needed her to (we are first time home buyers). not to mention she ALSO went out of her way to get us some gifts on the day we got the keys. she goes ABOVE AND BEYOND what she gets paid for. she didnt just feel like a realtor, she genuinely felt like a friend. i would give her a ten star rating if i could.

Kaitlyn has been our realtor for over a year. We came into home buying very slowly and cautiously and she never hesitated to show us a house or answer a call. When we landed on a farm house we were certain of, she went to every length possible to get us the best deal, protect us, and work with the listing agent and sellers. She’s reliable, great at staying on deadlines, and is a great communicator! We probably overwhelmed her with questions as the nosy new couple, but she was always there to help us and reassure us. Her tenacity is also something to be reckoned with. Upon attempting to purchase a house before our dream home, she truly went to every length possible to make a deal happen. We couldn’t recommend her enough!!
