I met Lynn at the worst time. My sister passed away last year. I really didn't know what to do with her home, and other belongings. Luckily, I met Lynn! My sister's house was in foreclosure and full of a life well lived. Lynn worked with the estate services to ensure the house was clean and ready. That sounds simple but the house was full of small items and a few antiques. I am not saying my sister was a hoarder. But my sister like little things more than large, and the house was full. After the estate sale Lynn was incredible. Lynn had multiple offers within a week. She took time to explain what offer was best for the estate. Not what was the biggest offer, but what was right for the estate. Think about that, she advised me to take an offer that made her part of the payoff smaller! I have so many positives about Lynn that you would think she paid me off. However, I'm a you get what you earn type of guy.
