We started our search while living in Spain. When we arrived in Boise, we were in a rush to find something in the right area for us. Judy knew lots about the various possibilities, and picked up quickly on our unstated preferences. Then she ably handled the inspection and repair process for us - we were again out of town. We were only in Boise for a week in total, and everything went very smoothly during the five week purchase period because of Judy.
