When we found the house we loved it turned out to be a tricky deal and Tanner was so amazing and she got us the house! She gave great advice on projects to complete before listing and projects to differ. Hired excellent staging from Green House - really made the property look great! We had a couple snafu’s with potential buyers and ultimately the transaction took longer than we expected – but Jen was there every step of the way following up negotiating, ensuring all the T’s were crossed, and the I were dotted. Jen’s personality and interpersonal skills are perfect for being a realtor! She’s able to translate needs and wants of both parties and figure out a way to get the deal done.
