He found contractors to repair, clean, paint and spruce the yard up. He was thoughtful about not calling too late because of the time zone difference. Robert listened to my ideas. Robert was an absolute pleasure to work with and did went above and beyond to sell my house. He has a lot of experience in real estate, and extensive network connections with contractors, plumbers, etc to quickly assess and repair some unexpected problems at my house! Because I lived out of town, this was extremely helpful and saved me several trips back and forth, plus not having those connections that Robert has to get things done well and done in the needed quick time frame.
