Gina Morelli was fantastic from start to finish! Right from the get-go, she was able to give my wife and me clear explanations of OR's real estate documents and readily made time for us when we visited her area from out of state. She was highly responsive during the entire time that we were working with her - whether it was text, email, or phone, she was always quick to respond. She even readily connected us with real estate agents in another part of OR that we were at one time also considering. Gina proved to be very knowledgeable of the southern OR real estate market, and was always ready to share her knowledge and perspective at all stages of the process. Gratifyingly, she kept us apprised of all important dates/deadlines and her recommendation for an inspector proved to be invaluable. While she was very chill at all times, her advice during negotiations was nonetheless shrewd and perceptive. Unfailingly professional and just as unfailingly friendly and down-to-earth, Gina was simply wonderful to work with. Anytime we had a question, Hilary answered right away. She is extreamely thorough and knows a great amount of details pertaining to the area as well. We are first time buyers, so having Hilary walk us step by step was invaluable. She made us comfortable all along the way and explained the process and all details in a way that was clear for us to understand. When issues came to light she helped us get them straightened out and moving forward. We met all our deadlines and moved in when we planned to. Hilary was incredible in every step of the process and unbelievably easy to work with. I doubt we could have gotten this house without her.
We started our journey with Westley 2 years ago at a terrible time of year for selling a house. He was gently honest with us about everything, patient with our whims, and graciously understanding when we had to abandon ship for a while. We called him back when we were ready to try again, at a better time. We got a lovely welcoming voice on the other end of the line. Why did we return to Westley? Because of his honesty, patience, ethics, and wisdom. And he genuinely cares about his clients. Westley knows the market, and knows the make-up, needs and intricacies of the Mt.Hood community, which is a unique and quirky area. There are a lot of small communities in this large community, and they are all different, with different issues and needs. If he can make people happy at the mountain, he can work with anyone anywhere. He will follow your lead, while giving various options that maintain the vision and needs of the client. He has creative interventions, numerous resources to help meet any need, and he gives of himself to help wherever needed. Westley is a kind and generous man who knows his community and makes it a point to know his clients. He also knows when to push, when to let things go. His instincts are sound. He's gently and professionally going to make some suggestions, helping you hone your vision of your future while keeping you the leader. He has answered hundreds of questions for us, explaining things in easy-to-understand "non-realator" words, making sure that things make sense. He is quite timely with paperwork and makes sure he has it right the first time, and who doesn't appreciate that? All in all, we found working with Westley an easy, pleasant, and supportive experience. TWICE! He is truly one of the nicest people you will ever meet or work with. He was an absolute godsend to us.

Jill always responded very quickly to my questions and she provided very useful input as to the process involved in selling the house. She was very helpful in providing names of people that could do the minor repairs that were needed at the house. All in all, Jill made the process very painless and I would not hesitate to use her services again or to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property.
